 I am so excited! After four weeks of yo-yoing the same 3 pounds the scale is actually going down!!! I was starting to wonder..... I'm finally eating better, getting down most of my liquids, and walking a good hour a day. And!! all my abdominal pain is finally resolved! I like September  Thanks for all your support and getting me through this!
