And that was during TOM And I crossed my legs today. I kept doing it to make sure I was not dreaming. I went to the doctor for my monthly check up. I lost 25lbs in one month.  I guess excercise really is the key for me! They were pleased so I don't have to go back again until December. Doing the happy dance Roz
