SO...I had a HORRIBLE day at work yesterday...no details, just lots going on....told my boss the only gratification I get anymore is from my scales...they seem to be the only thing cooperating right now.... Walked in the kitchen, stroked my scales lovingly, and said, "be kind, I'm a little fragile right now..." My surgery was 8 weeks ago today, and my scales indicate I am 46 pounds lighter!!!! Either my scales felt sorry for me, or THE PLAN IS WORKING!!! now....that's a WOW MOMENT!!!  |

From personal experience, i would suggest start taking measurements, because when you have those moments that the scale doesn't move and you think "oh my gosh", take your measurements again, sometimes you will only lose inches and not weight.......
