Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  Well Well Well... The scales are moving again for me. I am very happy about that. Because with all thats been going on and losing focus and it being TOM and all I thought I would pack the scale away in a box and not even bother until another week or two from now when things settle down. I cracked the box open this morning. Hopped on. WOW. sometime in the past week I have lost 7 lbs. ( i think. i am not very good at math  ) I had hit 188 a WHILE ago and had bounced up and down for the past month i'd say. last week I weighed myself and i was at 193. was so disappointed. that was when i packed the scale away. this morning 186.2  so happy its not over!  I was really beginning to think i was where i was going to be. YAY!
