Today at work, we had a big technical day that my whole directrate were participating (lectures, posters, tech. talks...) after the first tech. session finished I went to great an EAMD that I know, after we hugged and kissed she said "OMG Hanadi You've lost weight!!!!!" I was yeah I know it's only 31 lbs heheheh I was (oh Go baby go baby dancing) heheheh

Also another senior friend of mine who left the company and has established a new marketing group within Backer ATlas (American survice Co.) she was giving me that look from top to bottom with a wide smile. She hasn't said it explesitly but I have felt the admire in her looks hehehe.

Another cousin of mine who works in another department, said the same thing and she was wooww wooww keep on going you look fantastic.

An old dear friend who I knew maybe years ago gave me that admire look too.

I'm very thrilled and feel fantastic about myself even though my hair is falling, even though my weight is now plateauing.. This time I'm not alone. I'm with all of you guys. I feel so much impowered and this 2006 won't finish without getting rid of 2/3 of my WL goal inshallah

You'll see more people notice as the weeks go by!
As a matter of fact, you may be the last one to see the change in you, in your mirror, because your brain has the old you imprinted into its circuit, and it's going to take some time before your brain catches up and sees you as you really are, now.
So, don't panic with every little stall in your weight loss, you'll be losing inches when you're not losing kilos, and so long as you are doing well with your eating, and with exercise, you'll be able to get to where you want to be.

OH im so glad people in your day to day life are seeing your weight loss.

I'm so glad your doing so well.

I cant wait untill i start loosing a nice amount of weight.
I have now lost 11 lbs in this one week, Yeah for me i guess.

I'm dealing with the sorness from the surgery but i know it will be ok!
And with what they had to do clean out the bile i guess duh! thats why i'm so sore.

But other than, that everything is ok.

chuppy that's awesome! i can't wait until a certain brother and uncle notice the weight loss after my surgery. I know i'll be able to see it in their faces as you did a couple, wether they say anything or not.

OK, last night I went to the wedding of my cousin, the Birde is my cousin. She looked beautiful. The Groom and bride were like loving turtle doves. I fully enjoyed the wedding! And YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS many other people have noticed that I've lost weight. Many have come and approched me and asked me where have you been hiding all that beauty heheheh woww!! that's way too cool!!
I danced on hmmm 3 songs I was absolutely confident and my chin was up with a very borad confident smile of the face. The Bride's mom came and hugged me after I finishd the last dance. IWhen I went back to my chair next to mom, she whispered in my ears and said (loosing weight makes you more confident eh?)

Well let me tell you ususally in our weddings the floor is open for the women to dance in a place in the middle of the wedding place (Hotel) a long space like a cat walk. diffent kind of songs are played by the hidden DG in another room but he interacts with the applauces and the (leleleleleesh) it's a sound the women make using their vocal cordes with a specific move in their toungue against their soft palates expressing about their celebration and happiness heheh I don't know what can I call it in English. We call it in Arabic (Zaghroota). Once the groom have come all women were covered except his mom, sistes, auntes. I loved the wedding in general. I had great time last night

Anyways those (Zaghroota's) , I had many of them last night as an ecouragement for my dances, thumbs were up. You look great!
