OK if I come on here to whine I have to come on here to testify! I went to the doctors on Friday and I have lost 50 pounds over all since the start of this journey. 37 of them since October 1st when I had my surgery. This really does work and it is the best thing I have ever done FOR MYSELF! YIPPEE
