Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Multiple Wow Week My first wow was on Friday nite. We went Christmas shopping and I was just wandering down the mall, while trying to keep my pants from falling down!!!, and thought I'd call a friend who was supposed to be shopping also. Well, she didnt answer the phone, no biggie, but just as I hung up I saw her and her DH and walked up and said "hi". It was so funny to see the look on her face as she processed who I was!!! I see her frequently, but havent in a couple of weeks - she's like OMG I didnt recognize you!! Then, #2 was after I went to Sears and bought a pair of size 16 Lee jeans - on sale $19 - and was feeling so much better about my appearance, I saw my neighbors, who see me walk every day. I just waved and said "hi" but kept moving. So, yesterday, as Im out walking one of them said - were you at the mall last nite - Like, yeah, I said hi - seems they had a conversation about who had said Hi to them and how did I know both of them but they didnt know me!!!! So, ladies and gents, we know we are changing but dont see it as much as others do - apparently! Must have been the night.... Then, last, but not least, we were getting ready to go to the beach yesterday and I was like, I just can't wear my 22/24 swimsuit - it's safety pinned but looks goofy! I remembered my DD had a swimsuit that was big on her when she was going thru her chunky stage so I said, hey, dig out that old ss! It fit!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! get this - now it is spandex obviously but still - it's a size 12!!!!!!
