Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  what a wow for me! about 8 months ago, my hubby, my 2 kids and myself went rollerskating and i was like no problem i can do this i use to do it all the time as a kid, well needless to say, i put on skates, hugged the wall all the way around once, my legs were killing me and shaking and i was sweating like a pig, i took the skates off and watched the rest of the time. today we took the kids rollerskating with santa and i thought since i am 100 pounds lighter i would try again. I skated the whole 4 hours and didnt sit down once! and i could have skated longer! it made me feel great and the kids were so excited to be able to skate with me!
