Okay it has been a great week of WOWs for me.
1) I saw my feet this week. I was just standing up from a chair looked down and WOW --- I can see my feet.
2) I sat crossed legged on a table (its a work table in the office). I got so excited, I did it without thinking about it. Everyone thought I had lost it.
3) Today at the gym I decided to try the whole cook down routine at curves. I haven't trusted myself before to get down on the floor, I was afraid I wouldn't get be able to get back up... Well anyway.... I got down on the floor with my legs straight out in front of me, bent forward and touched my toes....
I am still a little dissappointed that my scales haven't moved in 3 weeks, but I know I am lossing inches because my clothes are fitting differently.
But these WOW moments are helping me hang in there.
