SO SINCE I HAD THE BABY ME AND HER ARE ALWAYS YAPPING. WELL TODAY WE WERE TALKING ABOUT BOTH OF US BECAUSE SHE HAD NOTICED I LOST WT AND I ALSO NOTICED SHE LOST WT. SHE HAS LOST 80 LBS THRU WT WATCHERS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A REAL WOW FOR HER!!! THEN SHE SAYS TO ME OH SO YOU MUST BE DONE LOSING WT. I SAID NO WAY I STILL HAVE A WHILE TO GO. SHE SAID, HAVE YOU LOOKED IN THE MIRROR LATELY??? YOU ARE PRETTY SMALL NOW IF YOU LOSE ALOT MORE YOU WILL DISAPPEAR. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THIS WK. THIS IS SO WEIRD FOR ME TO HEAR THAT IM SMALL. LOL LOL. ME SMALL?!?!? I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT IN MY LIFE BEFORE. ALL MY LIFE I HAVE ALWAYS GONE UP AND DOWN. ITS STILL UNBELIABLE TO ME THAT PEOPLE COULD LOOK AT ME AS SMALL ALSO AS I WROTE IN MY 6 MONTHS OUT THREAD I HAVE FINALLY OPENED MY EYES AND CAN REALLY NOTICE I HAVE LOST WT. BUT ITS WEIRD BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING FOR 6 MONTHS BECAUSE WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR I DONT EXPECT TO SEE WHAT IM LOOKING AT I STILL EXPECT TO SEE THE OLD ME OR CLOSE TO IT. SO EACH DAY WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR IM LIKE WOW THATS ME. ITS SOOO HARD TO EXPLAIN. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A DREAM AND IM GOING TO WAKE UP ONE DAY AND LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SEE THE OLD ME. ITS STILL UNBELIEVABLE. I GUESS THATS WHY MY OTHER THREAD WAS TITLED "IN A BLINK OF AN EYE". IT REALLY HAS HAPPENED SO FAST THAT MY BRAIN HASNT CAUGHT UP TO THIS YET. SEEMS LIKE OVERNITE I JUST LOST A TON OF WT. AND IF THIS IS A DREAM PLEASE DONT WAKE ME UP

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | That's why i still do what I call "mirror time" I still expect when I look in the mirror to see that hugely obese person in the reflection ...it's still surprising. it's not made that weird part of my head space any easier with the settled out weight being a more normal size than the 'you're so tiny' one which I loved hearing!!! So I feel fat..I look at the before/after and have to say that is much healthier looking than the even smaller size I was at my lowest during this journey.

I will try on a shirt and think it's too fitted but when I try it on, it's fine. I still have a good bit of morphing to do shape wise. My shape is still very similar to my overweight shape, just not as large. I am frequently surprised at my shadow or my reflection when I happen to notice them, not really looking. Boots - we need new pix
