Weight Loss Method Sleeve Gastrectomy |  My moment I guess my most recent WOW moment came when I realized that I could still cook a big meal for my family, and not need to eat it. I mean, I did not even WANT to eat it! I used to taste everything while cooking and then eat it with everyone else. Now, I am content to cook and enjoy their faces as they eat it! I enjoy my meals with a gusto I never had before surgery! My little half cup meals mean the world to me and I enjoy each little bite I take more than the whole gulps I used to take before surgery!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I agree. I love the taste of my food more than I did when I just gobbled it down in no time flat. My family laughs because I cook for them now way more than I ever did before surgery and I watch the cooking programs all the time. I used to depend way too much on fast food for our meals during the week and then eat out at restaurants on the weekends. No wonder I was so fat!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | It is nice that food does not take over our minds anymore. I thinkof other things to do now like, jewlery, I like the sparkly kind. Now I want to find a sparkly bracelet at the winter show in March. That I am looking forward to. I am starting to plan my garden, even though it is months away. I am starting to look at some tops that I want to get once my tops are all to big, and that is not to far away. My coat is just is going to pass for this year and going to get a new coat for next winter. I am also concentrating on my excercise, becasue my window is going to be here before I know it and need to make the best of it while I can. I also am tasting food since my surgery, before I was a fast eater and I think I hardly ever tasted it like I do now. I more or less chewed a little and swallowed and never tasted the food. Wow does the food taste different now. I am cooking now more than I did two months ago, becasue I hated even the smell of foods cooking in my house. My husband was so wonderful and ate a tv dinner or pot pies when I could not stand the sight of food. He even put them in the oven himself and he never complained about it.
