Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  Successful Pacemaker surgery I had pacemaker surgery yesterday afternoon. Surgery went well, and I'm now home, after an overnight stay in the hospital. My heart is now regulated to a low heart rate of 60 beats per minute. The high rate is now regulated with Verapimil, a bp med I took for many years. Surgery went well, and the worst problem I experienced during the brief hospital stay was the uncomfortable hospital bed. I'm feeling fine, just feel like I have a large bruise on my chest where the pacemaker was implanted. Many of you wrote to my announcement the other day, so I wanted you guys to know I'm OK. DAVE
