Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kenya I consider you someone who has hit goal!! You have 5 lbs to go!! You are an inspiration!! Anyone in the NORMAL range is at goal as far as I am concerned?? Thats how I have determined my goal weight of 165 lb since I am 5'9" tall.
