Hello Ev1, I have missed you all so much. I have been working like crazy lately. I have a new supervisor, so you know how that goes. Plus, my mom have been sick for the past couple of months and we finally found out that she has a cyst on her spine, which is causing her to be in lots of pain. So today I am taking her back to the doctors. Just wanted to give you a quick update on me. Everything is going great and I have finally made it below 200 pounds.  I am so so so excited. It seems like I was stuck at 203 forever. I finally met a milestone for myself and I feel so good about it. Well I have to run now but I promise to do better checking in. As soon as things slow down at work and I get my mom taken care of I will be back. I love you all and thank you for all your support.
