Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Hi I had RNY (Lap) on April 2nd, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, I am 47 year old wife, mother and grandma, we all live in the same house with all the animals and fish.....  so far so good with the stage 1 post surgical diet, I can't wait til I can have more than cottage cheese and yogurt and loose mashed potatoes and oatmeal! I am looking forward to scarmbled egg and some dare I say "mashed tuna" doesn't even sound appitizing! I am already down 16 pounds! I have one word to describe all of this AMAZING!
