Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  1 year anniversary WOW! Cant believe it's been a year tomorrow. I took a picture day before surgery, my weight being at 242lbs. I took pic today, weight 169lbs. I compared pictures for the first time, what a difference, I'm in awe. What a change, not only my appearance but how i physically feel. At 242lbs i had a hard time breathing, pain in my legs, today i dont have these problems. I'm more aware of what i eat, i have'nt had any complications from surgery, it's been more emotional issues. I look forward to my future.=0)
