((((HUGS))))) Keep up with your water and your protein as much as you can at this stage. This comes first.
You are still in the very early out stage, and even if your surface incisions have healed, your insides is still dealing with the major shock to your system. Keep in mind, it takes 3-4 months for your body to heal completely and to readjust its functions after a major surgery like this.
Pressure on the abs can cause hernias and your staple lines to pop. Easy walking for now. You will need your surgeon's release for any strenuous exercise.
Your body is telling you that it needs recovery time, so listen to it, you will have enough energy to tear up the world soon enough.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I agree totally with pampering yourself. You may look better on the outside but on the inside alot of work was done. Take it easy, rest when your tired (dont push on) Your energy wont come back faster by over doing it. You deserve the pampering.....if I could.....Id come help pamper you..............YOU DESERVE IT.....the outcome is awesome.....dont push it.....
