Default 10 Month check up
Hi all! I went for my 10mo ck up on Friday. The Dr. was very happy. All of my labs are good except he is puzzled as to why my Alkaline is on the high side. I have no idea what alkaline does for us, but he just wants to watch it.

I went thru my closet this am, and I have a limited amount of pants that not only fit, but go to my ankles (I have a lot of capris) for the up and coming snow season...Salvation Army, here I come again!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
