Cool Well I am here

Hi there everyone. It has been 2 months that I have been off of the board and I am doing great. Sorry I have not been around I was YELLED at by my bestest board friend Mrs. Pillows for not posting and keeping you guys informed on how I am doing. I had surgery on June 15th and life has been a whirl wind ride. I started my journey at 316pds and as of this morning I am sitting at 244.2pds where did all that weight go? Not sure and I guess you can say I am glad that I don't know. But I am back and I am ready to burn up the board. I am having problems with meat and carbs but other than that life is grand. I am so proud of all the losers around here and can't wait to chat with you guys!!!!!!

yeah I am getting SKINNY

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well lets see I love pickles now whereas I hate them before surgery. I can eat fruit and I can eat vegs I can have pasta and chips. Some meat like really thin pork chops and I did have a bite of hambuger meat yeasterday. I drink my protein cause I can't get it any other way... Any suggestions? And thats guys for the concern I am nervous about it all cause I am scared I am not eating enough.. Any help would be appreciated..

Kimmy, I'd say, where you're at, what you should be sure of is getting in your protein, around 60-90 grams per day, depending on what your surgeon says, and getting your water in, at least 64 oz in most cases, plus getting all your Vitamins and calcium and supplements in, and not worry about the rest of, "am I eating enough." You have plenty stored up within you yet that needs to be melted away.

I was about to post pickles in response to the question...but saw that you beat me to it...lol. I am so glad that you called me up and let me yell at ya the other night. I am also glad that you came back on. Now we need to get ya a ticker, a before and after pic, and then we will really be rocking the board. I love ya babes and have missed your spicey attitude.

Talking Kim....

Doc has you covered!! That is the ticket...
Just take your protein however you can...and your vitamins....you can do it!! Your body will take over and burn everything you have!! Keep up the good work...the hardest part is over...you are moving down the hill, toward the light at the end of the tunnel!!

See it??
Its a bright new future!!
