I have a suggestion to boost weight loss, my friend tried it and she lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks and she is five years post op.
No soda

Planned eating schedule, no munchies, if you can crumble it, don't eat it. No soda unless it is diet and caffiene free that is, but in moderation! Go back to the beginning if need be. Liquids, pureed food, soft food, and back into your eating normal food. Try and think about what you eat. Will it benefit me? Does it have protien? If the answer is no, then pass on it.
