Hi everyone,
Its been a while since I've posted. I'm 4.5 months out and 100 + lbs gone forever I'm hoping. I've slowed down though which is discouraging however I know from reading all the forums, we all slow down and just because the scale isnt moving, our body's are still losing so I'm hanging on and hoping I do reach my goal. For those that have lost more than 100 is it so much harder to get the rest off? I'm good with my protein, drink the shakes I need everyday and good with my vitamins. I havent had any problems with food, however I think I do dump with sugar as just last weekend I tried some juice and I instantly felt dizzy and needed to lay down. I'm exercising as well. I'm wondering, for those of you that have lost 150 lbs or so...after you lost the 100 was it a slow go for the rest of it? I lost the 100 so quickly and I can tell there is a dramatic slow down since I hit it without me really changing anything. I hope everyone is doing well! You all look great!

I lost 65 the first 3 months...I was down 100 at 6 months....I got to goal in May (had surgery in August and goal was -130)....I lost another 15 from June to August...and I'm holding steady now...it's hard to say, as I've increased my calorie count for maintenance...stick with your plan, keep out the fats/carbs and the tool will continue to work as long as you are working the plan...it does slow down, but normally will continue for 12-24 months (according to statistics)...

You have done a GREAT job! I lost 100 pounds at my 6 month mark so you are ahead of the game! Once I hit the 100 pound mark I seem to be losing about 10 pounds a month now. (maybe 8-9 pounds now, it has slowed even more) Good luck, keep up the hard work and you WILL keep seeing results!

Congratulations on joining the Century Club!!!
Next stop is Onederland, and I'm sure you'll be able to make it so long as you stick to the plan!!!
Check your inches when the scales are slow, since that's the time your body will be adjusting, and your clothes fall off you.
