As a fellow Minnesotan, I feel your pain! I started to get cold real early this fall (like August!

) and it hasn't gotten any better. I've lost my insulation! Padding, too, as it hurts to sit in what used to be a comfortable chair unless I have my special tailbone cushion. I'm one of those who wouldn't zip up my coat unless it was single digits or blowing hard in my face. If I did, I'd sweat, and that's dangerous in the winter!
Yeah, these days in the belows while the gentle breezes waft the snow horizontally past the window can be trying. (This state is twisted! Most places I've lived, the snow falls vertically. Not here!!

) Better make real sure you have an extra blanket in your car just in case!
I used to sleep very lightly clad. Now it's flannel sleep pants and one of my old XXL or XXXL sweatshirts. And I wear thermal socks and slippers all over the house. I used to go barefoot. Now around the house I also wear a vest I picked up at Cabella's and it's long-sleeved heavy shirts.
Hang in there, spring'll be here before you know it and the robins will start showing up again in your yard come May or June when the leaves appear!
