OK...calm down.
What is your protein? >70 gms/day? If not, up it.
What is your calorie count/day? Take a painfully honest food diary for a couple days. You may see some calories sneaking in that you did not realize. EVERYthing in your mouth gets documented.
Maybe you are not taking in enough calories, and your body is shutting down, metabolically. (starvation mode)
Does your food diary consist of breads,corn,pasta,rice,potato products? Liquids with calories in them? Get rid of those products for a while and once you start losing again, introduce these items back v e r y s l o w l y. Ideally, to lose, you should stick to proteins, then veggies, then fruit, then very little bits of anything else.
