Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Wow, at 135 you are still doing great! They say we'll gain 10-20% back and I've heard the 5 year mark is when it tends to happen, so you're being normal.

You need to decide if you are happy weighing 135 (that's not bad if you ask me). If you aren't happy, then it's time to revisit the rules.

Eat your protein first, then veggies, then carbs if there's any room left.
Don't drink with meals, or for 30 minutes before and 30 - 60 minutes after.

Sorry, I don't do the chats but some of them here do. Hopfully they'll be along and say Hi soon.

Hello and welcome to the board. I just had surgery 3 months ago so I can't be much help with advice. But the first step is the one you have taken by deciding to get a handle on it before you gain to much. I personally think 135 is GREAT! Glad you have joined us. Looking forward to getting to know you.
