I went back and read all the replies to my posts and everyone is so terrific and helpful. Can any of you give me a list of the things you can have at your 6 week mark. Our booklet was just so vague....It said add non sweetened peanut butter....

and soft vegetables but did not mention lettuce or any pasta, I was hoping to maybe try the whole wheat pasta...just tiny portion at 6 weeks..... 10 days to go. I am very happy that I have only felt nauseous one time and that is when I took my protein in pudding and did not take the full 30 minutes. I tried boiled shrimp today and found it very easy to get down even with a tiny bit of cocktail sauce. How many grams protein in 4 oz of shrimp? I have a lot of problems with smells etc. Like if my Mother in law cooks liver for her dog..

altho have never actually thrown up yet. I guess that is good right. I have been religious to stay away from anything with sugar and taking my time eating....!!! Thanks everyone and thanks for being so supportive.....Bonnie
