So I weighted myself today and I am one pound under my goal weight. 198. I was shocked!!!! It has been at least 12 or more years since I weighted less then 200 pounds. I am quite stoked about this. Now I am going to start to maintain my weight.
BTW I haven't posted in a week or two how is everyone doing?
