Congratulations on joining the loser's bench!! Thank you for letting us know you are home safe and sound. Now, your journey begins, please keep in mind that for a while, your body is still reeling from the major rearrangement of your plumbing, and will be healing for a while. Let yourself adjust to your new body slowly, and take it easy for a while. (((((((HUGS)))))))

YAAAAAAAYYYY!!!! Congratulations. What Doc says is so true. Give yourself a break, you had major surgery and you need lots of TLC right now. Do what your Dr. advised and remember everyone is here if you have any questions or concerns, one of us has probably been there. I hope that your one of the lucky people who can sail with little pain or problems. Even if your not, it is worth going through the gauntlet to become a healthier and happier person. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

GONGRATS LINDA, WAY TO GO!!!!!! I am very proud of u. The first days are tough, they were for me anyway. It's nice to hear the success stories of the surgery as well as the weight loss afterwards. It's a one step at a time process, but well worth it. BELIEVE ME AND THE REST OF OUR GREAT SUPPORTERS ON THIS SITE. I LOVE EVERYONE OF U GUYS. Hello Linda... take it easy at home... you do get really tired..even with mine in July i still take nap once a week or so for 1/2 hour...you do get exhausted.... glad to hear your doing well tho.. peggy
