| Why are strawberries magical?
I have seen a few people post on here that strawberries are magical. I was just wondering why. Do they make you lose weight faster or just a good snack to kill the hunger? And do you eat them just plain or with splenda on them?

I forgot about the strawberry magic! I had a bunch the other day with a little splenda on them. Part of it may be that you are giving into a sweet tooth craving with something healthy.....so you don't crave more food. Just a thought!

| I do remember that we were told to be careful early out because of the little seeds in strawberries and other fruits could get stuck in the places where we were healing inside our digesive systems ~ something like that. If you are early out, you may want to double ck with your doctor to be sure it's ok to have them. Strawberries are a great source of fiber and vitamin c, not to mention they are so yummy I do like spenda with mine~~~~

Last year there was some discussion centered on strawberry's prowess as a stall buster. Several gals used them to get the scales rolling again. Do a search on them for how it worked!

Unfortunately, even when I get past these three weeks of clears, full liquids, and blended foods, I won't be having them this year. My surgeon's program is SUPER strict and we can't have any fruit until we are on the maintenance phase--oh well, next summer I can enjoy them again.
