Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi NANCY!
I am glad you found this site.
I am sorry to here you had to have
the surgery reversed many years back.

YOU asked about calories that post op people
eat. Well alot of us dont really count calories
due to the small portions we can eat.
OUR main objective is to count our protein intake
and keep our calories LO and keep fat moterate
as well.
I am sure this wont help you tons!
ALL the best and i look forward
to getting to know you thru your posts.

Hi Nancy, welcome to the board, ((((((HUGS)))))))

First off, since you posted mid-thread iin a thread that's on another subject, so I have taken the liberty to move your post and the replies to it here to Your Profile forum, since it is more appropriate here. I hope you won't mind.

Here's a link to an article about how to figure out the calories you need.
Also, a lot of people utilize FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to keep track of their calories.

I hope this helps.
