Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss.
((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.
At least 60g protein and 64oz water is for life.
At 6 months out, your total calories should be edging up towards 1000kcal, probably averaging around 900-1000. Now this not a must. What is a must is, are you sticking to your surgeon/nut's instructions? That comes first. Basically, you don't need to worry in terms of calories right now--there is no way you can eat to gain weight, unless you are eating low-in-volume-high-in-calorie foods that slide easily through the pouch.
If you are getting in the 60g protein, then you don't need to add more for your exercise. If you aren't getting the required amount, then you must, regardless of whether you exercise or not. Of course, if you are doing very serious training--cardio and resistance--on par with professional/competitive training, then your will need to up your protein accordingly. With just weight loss surgery and the amount of walking you are doing, the 60g is enough.
