Hi, everyone!
I've cut myself back to weighing once a week. What a relief! Don't have to worry about it so often now. As of last Sunday I'm down 65 lbs!

I can now put on or take off my slacks without unhooking, unbuttoning, or unzipping. My wife keeps telling me she'll take them up so they stay up better, but her spare time is very limited. Sometimes I feel like I'm in "da hood", walking around with my hand on my belt because of that insecure feeling that my pants will be around my knees otherwise.

I have about 40 days to lose 35 lbs (which gives me room to not lose any weight for several days) to take me to 100 lbs in 90 days! (My next goal.) I just realized that my family (mother, sister, out-of-town children, etc.) won't recognize me by the time I get to see them at Thanksgiving. That'll be fun!
I'm in phase 3 now and can eat more foods than before, but I find that eating is more of a chore than anything, and I'd rather just forego the effort than not. I'm really getting tired of ground turkey, and have been dumping more than I'd like.

I'm not eating anything not on the approved list - it just seems that a lot of foods just don't agree with me right now. At least I don't have to drink as many protein shakes as before.
Thanks for all the encouragement, written and testimonial. You all look great. I - by and large - can't see a difference in the mirror, but unless little elves are sneaking into my closet and playing a cruel joke on me, the clothing fit doesn't lie.
P.S. - Thanks for the help on the ticker, too. I'm not much of a golfer, but I've been cleared to go to the driving range finally, and that's much more appropriate than that hamburger.
