Hi,

My name is Jan and I am on my pre surgery diet for three months. I have been working towards this time for over two years thanks to insurance companies messing everything up. Now I am on my husband's insurance and they approved me finally but I have to loose 10 pounds in three month's. I don't know why it is so hard for me to do this, I've done it before in less time than that. I have two more month's to go and I am bound and determined to do it.

Hang in there you can do this. Good luck on your life changing surgery. It is so worth what you have to go through to get it. Just remember this will be the last diet you will be on with this wonderful tool to help you. It really does work if you follow the rules.
