|  Nice to meet everyone
Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. I am new to the sight. I am going for surgery on the 29th of November... VERY nervous! 
Oh and these Optifast shakes are HORRIBLE! Anyone have ideas how to make these bareable!

best of luck for an uncomplicated surgery on the 29th.
Well if your allowed i would add a packet of splenda to them...
SOME cocoa extract, maybe a teaspoon of peanut butter...
sugar free divinichi syrups, or a banana to help with flavor.
MIX them in a blender w/ice
good luck
look forward to getting to know u more thru your posts
OH, and dont forget to take some before pics during the
upcomeing days before surgery

KAT im thinking that Joey is useing the Optifast via a prescription from
her surgeon and has to use that for pre op.
MANY surgeons use this to reduce fatty livers for LAP surgery,
SHE can proly use the unjury post op but for now should stick to
this special pre op doctor the surgeon has her on!
