SOME cocoa extract, maybe a teaspoon of peanut butter... sugar free divinichi syrups, or a banana to help with flavor. MIX them in a blender w/ice good luck look forward to getting to know u more thru your posts OH, and dont forget to take some before pics during the upcomeing days before surgery

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | KAT im thinking that Joey is useing the Optifast via a prescription from her surgeon and has to use that for pre op. MANY surgeons use this to reduce fatty livers for LAP surgery, SHE can proly use the unjury post op but for now should stick to this special pre op doctor the surgeon has her on! ALL the best joey
