i have a friend that has the same ins and all i can say is, do exactly what they say and you shouldnt have any trouble getting approved....they are picky about the pre diet and nut appts i know that......but sounds like you know what your doing....good luck.....and seee you soon on the losers bench..........

Your surgeon knows what the insurance company is looking for, and won't lead you on if there's a poor chance of your being approved. The fact that you are on the program means that there is a very good probablility of approval. Just keep doing exactly as you have been directed and good things will happen. (This also applies to your life post-op!)
BTW - my wife and I both had WLS under BCBS-MN and had absolutely no problems with them.
