I am finally feeling "normal' again. I have lost 68 pounds. Hooray!!! I ran my first mile yesterday. I can't believe I ran for a solid 12 minutes. Finally made my first work out goal. The next one is to run 2 miles. I can definitley see where a lower body lift will be necessary. I have gone from a size 24 to a 14. I would love to be in a 12 by Thanksgiving. I can't ever remember wearing a size 12.
