| Welcome Aboard Trinity! Glad to see yet another newbie joining the site. I ENVY YOU GIRL! Eat while you can over the holidays. lol JUST KIDDING! I wouldn't trade anything that I have done since my surgery. Even giving up the major pig outs over the holiday season I gladly would give up, and am doing. Not that I, somedays wouldn't love to just dig in, but knowing that there are consequenses that would come along with doing that keeps me in check. lol But, since their are awesome people on here, one to mention is friendly, giving us all these GREAT low carb, lower calorie recipes to try, let's us feel kinda naughty every now and then. You will learn, like me, to cook in a very different, but healthier way. IT'S AWESOME! Keep us posted with everything that you are wondering about or after the surgery questions. We would love to answer them all for you. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR SURGERY. I will say a prayer or two for you that everything goes well. Hope to get to know you better through your posts. mike |
