Default OMG...I am wearing a size 14 slacks!!!!!!

HI
I had my surgery on 11/11/09 and I cannot believe I am wearing a size 14 slacks!!!!! I was wearing a size 22 on April 29, 2009 and now to be not only be wearing a size 14 slacks but have them be a bit baggy in the legs is...incomprehensible!!!!!!!

I haven't worn a size 14 since I was 28 years old. I am over the moon!

Of course my boobs have also shrunk accordingly but hey...I got no babies to nurse or man to worry about. lol. And my animals don't care about what my body looks like. I just figure I will either buy a good girdle or a good corset (which will push my tummy skin up into my boob section and I'll have a good rack again.

Honestly I know the scale weighed me at 165 pounds...but when I look in the mirror ...other than seeing a forgotten waist...I don't see the weight loss! But my clothes sure show it.

Anyway not to brag but I'm just so happy I could burst and had to share it!

Thank you for listening.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey, you deserve to brag. Not a thing wrong with tooting your own horn, especially when you've worked as hard as you have. Size 14!!! That is waaaay cool.

As for looking in the mirror and not seeing much change... I understand that! I know Im alot smaller but I still see the same thing as before. I did however have a lightbulb come on with a concept as to why we do this.... In most case espeacally early in the first year..... everything is melting off but we are keeping the same general shape. For my self any way, I keep waiting for it to change and its not going to. If I want my hips to change proportion to the rest of my shrinking body I will have to do extra work to conform them in a different way. My general work out is taking it off all over. Does that make sence?

You'll be the last one to see it. Your eyes have been trained to a different picture and your head needs recalibrating to the new reality.

Half way home already, and you just had your surgery a month ago!!! You're cruising, lady!! Doing real good!!!
