This is Kathy's husband, posting at her request.
Kathy went into surgery around 9:30am, and the doctor came out to chat with me around 12:45.
There were no complications, and everything went according to plan. I've been with her since about 4pm, but she's still pretty groggy (alert enough to have called the kids, as well as ask me to post here).
So, all is well, and if she has the strength tomorrow, I'll hand her the laptop to let her say "hi" herself.
