Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  newbie Hi, I'm new to the group. Had Lap RNY w/Dr. Jones in Boston 5/12/2003. Now in TX. Had lost 147#, and in Feb 2005 found out I was pregnant w/#3. Eventful pregnancy to say the least. Ended up in hospital over Independence Day weekend (also my 10th anniversary) and had my gallbladder out while I was 32 weeks pregnant. Everyone did well and baby was born 8/29/05. He was 9#1oz. I only gained 25# w/this pregnancy and am already almost back to my prepregnant weight. Finding it hard to get to the gym and get in my exercise, though w/all the new responsibilities - 3 kids to keep track of, do homework, bathe and feed, and still find time for me and hubby. We got a dog, so now I don't have any excuses because I have to walk him at least twice a day (before and after work). I'm enjoying reading all the posts and plan to be around for Thanksgiving, so I'll check out the site and help out if I can. Shannon
