This is a great site you found and you wont find anything more than help and understanding here.
Mixed emotions? Your body has gone through some changes and that can affect you mentally. You are possibly somewhat tired but that will soon be replaced with more and more energy.
You wanted to loose weight and get into shape right? Well you are quickly on your way there and I guaranty that as time passes (and yes it will pass quickly in a couple more months) what few emotional issues you had with going on this journey will soon be forgotten.
Wlecome to a great site to participate in and share your journey with those who have gone before you and others who will follow in your path.

Hi Kimberly Im Vickie. First of all welcome to this site. I think you will like it here I really do. We do support and help out the best we possibly can. We even have a Dr on board with us. Her name is Doc Sanae. Shes the best and keeps us straight.
So with that said update us on your questions or concerns. If we dont know we will tell ya we dont and wait for Doc to see the post or if we feel its time to call the surgeon we will tell you that also.
So feel free to just start posting and talking honey.
