Hey glad to see you on this site. I know you will stay on track now.
Stop snacking!!! That is the worst thing you can do. It will bring on old habits that got you in need of the surgery. I know cause I was doing the same thing and it was getting me into very bad habits.
You have got to tell yourself that 15 lbs is a lot of weight to gain back. You have got to get your mind straight about not gaining but losing weight. YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT GIRL

PS...not sure on how many calories..LOL! I watch my carbs.
