Hello, my name is Kyle. Its been several years since my surgery. Originally lost about 80 lbs but unfortunately have regained around 15. I'm back on track again and have dropped 3 or 4 lbs again. Its a constant struggle. There is very little I cant eat now. I get full quickly but have issues with snacking. I'm determined to drop weight again. I never did hit my goal weight but was looking pretty good. Does any know how many calories we should be hitting? THis week I've been just under 1000 calories a day.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi, and congratulations for getting back on track I know my surgeon recommends around 1400 but I don't count calories I count protein and carbs, I try to get about 120 grams in protein and about 60 in carbs. But I am sure others will post also. Good luck.

Hey glad to see you on this site. I know you will stay on track now.
Stop snacking!!! That is the worst thing you can do. It will bring on old habits that got you in need of the surgery. I know cause I was doing the same thing and it was getting me into very bad habits.
You have got to tell yourself that 15 lbs is a lot of weight to gain back. You have got to get your mind straight about not gaining but losing weight. YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT GIRL
PS...not sure on how many calories..LOL! I watch my carbs.

Good to see you back.
First thing to do, when you want to snack, drink some water. Always keep a water bottle glued to your side, and put those snackable away in a closet or behind any othe closed doors, but not the fridge. Lock the door if you can. Best to keep the temptation away.
