Rainbow - You will be able to experiment with what full feels like and when to sop eating later. Right now, you have to focus on getting the protien in. WHile you haven't felt full, I am guessing, you also have not felt hungery? Don't worry about it.
As for the BMs. I went for 4 or five days without one in my 2nd week, and then I went 3 times in one day (and lost 4 pounds! LOL)
