Question Protein Help

Does anyone have a good website where I can go and type in what I'm eating and it will tell me how much protein it has? I'm struggling with trying to figure it out these days. And I think I'm stalling, so I'm wondering if it's my protein intake. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting in enough protein.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Kate,

I like to use Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate It's free, and it keeps track of your water, protein, calories, carbs, etc. I find it VERY helpful.

Hi, there are several out there the dailyplate just search calorie counting, now I have a hand held device, it's called calorie smart you can get it at coheso.com, I purchased the one that you can download to your computer, now the newest one has a back lite in it, you can add your own food, but it has a lot in it. You can download it to your computer to see and take with you to your providers office. This has helped me to really stay on track.

fitday.com is what I use. I've also used dailyplate.com But I keep going back to fitday.com because that it what I used in the very beginning and it's got all my input from 7 yrs ago when I started tracking everything!

either site is a great way to track food. I do like how dailyplate.com lets you create a 'meal' that saves time inputting the same stuff every single meal if you kind of eat the same stuff everyday.
