Finally have a surgery date of April 5 and come home April 7....will be trying to get everything else in my life in order before that so I can just take care of ME for awhile. Have met all the requirements, got my labs all normal and A1c at 7.1, lost over the 12 lbs required, cut my insulin in half, etc. etc. I guess I am as ready as I can be! Thanks to all for all the encouragement.
