Sounds nice - would love to see a photo - I bet you look great!!
I have to do a bit different program because of my age, arthritis etc. I usually do cycling of some kind every other day and on the other days, I do my resistance with my cardio i.e. gazelle freestyle and healthrider - each 20-30 minutes - no impact. (well low impact with the gazelle). That's what works the best for women i.e. to work muscle groups together instead of isolating them like what works well for men. Muscles of a 65 year old in general are not as strong and especially women - with virtually no testosterone for recovery.
That being said, I do do Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies II, once a week - this gives me low impact aerobics and also a full body workout including a weight training routine at the end. And working pretty near all my muscles gently.
This workout program, about 40-60 minutes a day is greatly less than what I could do even 5 years ago at the age of 60. And when I was 49, I could do a different aerobics video each day plus lots of bicycle riding with no repercussions... Aging is not easy!
I find I can do yoga several times a week and some of those exercises end up being resistance type (against my own bodyweight) like the plank, the upward dog, a couple of push ups and so forth.
As you can see, I love working out and have done it pretty near most of my life. Latest project is to find a place to swim - I really miss it.
I hope you send us a photo... I bet you look fabulous!
