Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Thanks for all the welcomes!! This how my weekend went - I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what - went to a funeral and lunch on Sat. I ate 1/2 pc of ham lunch meat-1 tablespoon of potato salad/1 tbsp. of mac salad sipped some hot tea - not a whold cup. Came home about 1/2 later and vomited . Rested for 4 hrs . at night I had 4 rice crackers with pate. Sunday went to a church breakfast 2 tbsp. of scrambled egg- 2-3 bites of lean bacon/ham 1 pc (1 bite) of french toast sipped hot tea - came homeand rested and vomited 3 x's. for supper I was able to eat about 3 bites of the turkey meatloaf (recipe here) and later about 4 tsp. of yogart. It stayed down. I am really concerned I'm not getting enough nitrition so to-day I'm back to choc whey shakes to get more protein. Also I think I am fighting a cold so took some tylenol cold tablets with the shakes. Am taking my vitamins and drinking the water - if not all 64 oz very close. Am I on the right track / Post off 1 month - have lost 32lbs/

First rule, chew chew chew, don't gobble, eat slowly, that should prevent a lot of the foamies and refunds.
If the vomiting continues, be sure to contact your surgeon, as continued refunds may be an indication of stricture.

I agree with docs advice! 100 percent...eat slowly! CHEW well (i know i stink at this and causes me trouble far out now).

I also have fussy pouch somedays certain foods will do fine others it wont. BUT i never do well with premade foods...if something is a left over and premade i vomit it...ITs just getting used to your tool some. BUT like
doc said if you vomit alot on the foods u need to let your surgeon know!!!

HUGS
