Default Day three post op

Hi everyone, I have been lurking here for awhile. Now that I am 3 days post op, I would like to introduce myself. Had had Gastric bypass on Tuesday. Except for being a little sore, I feel good. I am going over my diet the nutrionist gave me and on day 4 it says skim milk. yougurt and pureed soups. Is pudding in this stage too? I don't want to screw anything up.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I did sugar free pudding but I think it depends on the person. Stick to what the DR tells you

Congratulations on joining the loser's bench. Every surgeon is different in what they allow at each stage so it would be best to get a hold of someone on staff and verify.

my new pouch did not tolerate pudding that soon out. As a matter of fact, I was quite lactose intolerant until maybe 6 months out. I used half milk and half water in my protein shakes.

Your mileage may vary...but have a teeny tiny bit of a new food before trusting it for a whole meal or snack.

Welcome to the loser's bench!
