| Quick update-10 weeks out :-)
Hi everyone, well I am 10 weeks out and feel fantastic! I don't feel as if my life has changed apart from eating small healthy portions, it has not bothered me in the slightest!! I was so ready mentally though, and I think that is half the battle! To be honest, I find it so much easier than the "diets" I tried for so many years! I would do it all again in a heartbeat! For anyone considering surgery.....DO IT!!! |

I'm over a year out and I'm still amazed at how little amounts of food I eat sometimes. just yesterday my family and I went to Subway and my 6 in sub provided me with 2 meals. It's great when you can overcome the mental obstacles..but beware bad habits are hard to break...they creep back. You just have to stay strong. You're doing GREAT!!
