| Super Moderator | Yes, of course you can keep losing weight and reach your goal. Learn to use your pouch, learn the pouch rules, as you still have your pouch, which is the tool to lose weight. Always remember, the pouch itself is not what makes you lose weight, losing weight depends on how you USE your pouch. I have posted the links to the pouch rules you can read in this forum, in the following post. http://www.renewedreflections.com/fo...html#post27213 That said, one way to get back on track. Go back to the very beginning, immediatelye post op. Go on a liquid diet for 1-2 weeks, then up to pureed for 1-2 weeks, then soft food for another 1-2 weeks and then go back to regular food. Follow the pouch rules as you progress, and when you are back to regular food, stick to the pouch rules. Also, get into a good exercise habit. Probably the most difficult thing is to get your head back on track--stick to the rules, and not let your emotional head lead in the eating, let your cool and calculating brains lead you in your eating. Good luck, (((((((((HUGS)))))))))) May your journey go well.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | My only suggestion would be to try to go back to the rules of the pouch and start exercising. I know after a few years out, we all struggle. I am not quite 2 years out and stuggle daily with my weight. I did loose 70% of my excess body weight but I still would like to loose at least another 50lbs. I wish you the best with your stuggles. We are all here to support you anytime you need help.
