Default Gastric bypass 26.3.07
Hi Everyone,
I have just found this site and I am having my op on Monday 27.3.07 in the UK.
Feeling ok about it, doing this because although I lost 8 st with a band, had to have it renoved because of slippage. Put on 4 st since the band removed despite my best efforts, but hopefully the bypass will enable me to lose the weight again.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

I have just sent you an email. But to let you know - I think this site is great. They have been very helpful to me in the past week. I came on here after being told with 2 days notice that I was to go on my pre-op diet and then surgery would be 2 weeks later. You can imagine my panic .

I now having looked around this site and a couple of others for the UK - feel much more prepared and relaxed (lol I wish).
