| Newbie |  Gastric bypass 26.3.07 Hi Everyone, I have just found this site and I am having my op on Monday 27.3.07 in the UK. Feeling ok about it, doing this because although I lost 8 st with a band, had to have it renoved because of slippage. Put on 4 st since the band removed despite my best efforts, but hopefully the bypass will enable me to lose the weight again. Take care all.  |

I came on here after being told with 2 days notice that I was to go on my pre-op diet and then surgery would be 2 weeks later. You can imagine my panic  .I now having looked around this site and a couple of others for the UK - feel much more prepared and relaxed (lol I wish).
